About

Richard holds the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate specialising in all forms of personal and Trust taxation, along with investment planning, asset allocation decisions, and income generation from capital. He is primarily responsible for designing the wealth management strategy for private clients and ensuring its implementation.

Richard lives at Lingcroft Grange with his wife Helen to whom he has been married for 20 years and he has three children, Oliver, Freddie and Isabelle. He enjoys all sports and has managed to create time in recent years to climb both Mont Blanc and The Matterhorn.

Richard Eaden specialises in providing detailed assessments of objectives, analysis of risk profiles, and providing ongoing asset allocation advice; and a rigorous review system is in place for all private clients, with regular meetings to maximise understanding and realisation of clients’ aims and wishes. The minimisation of all forms of taxation, but in particular Inheritance tax, is covered in detail; and priority is given to fully understanding each individual client’s needs and objectives.

Richard believes that every client is individual, with very personal needs and requirements, and therefore tailors his recommendations appropriately to provide bespoke portfolio management solutions.

The success of Eaden Wealth Management is borne out by their position within St. James's Place as one of the leading wealth management companies for clients' funds under management in the whole of the United Kingdom.

The value of an investment with St. James's Place will be directly linked to the performance of the funds you select and the value can therefore go down as well as up. You may get back less than you invested.

The levels and bases of taxation, and reliefs from taxation, can change at any time. The value of any tax relief depends on individual circumstances.
