In 2024 a questionnaire was sent to all St. James's Place clients asking for feedback on a number of key areas including the relationship with their Partner and the St. James's Place proposition. Thank you to 127 of our clients who took part in the questionnaire. Some feedback was as follows:

• 98% value the relationship that they have with their St James’s Place Partner
• 94% said they feel valued as a client.
• 87% said that they trust St James’s Place
• 94% said they are happy with the frequency of meetings they have with the Partner.
• 89% said that taking financial advice has had a positive impact on their future wealth
• 85% of clients said that they would recommend St James’s Place to others.
• 83% said that they felt that received communications that are easy to understand.
• 82% said they know that their money is safe with St. James's Place.
