Client Survey Results 2019

In 2019 a questionnaire was sent to all St. James's Place clients asking for feedback on a number of key areas including the relationship with their Partner and the St. James's Place proposition. Thank you to 102 of our clients who took part in the questionnaire. Some feedback was as follows:

  • 96% said they would recommend St. James's Place services to others.
  • 95% said the level of contact they receive is appropriate to their needs.
  • 94% said they are happy with the frequency of meetings they have with the Partner.
  • 93% said they feel valued as a client.
  • 93% said they are satisfied with their overall relationship with St. James's Place.
